All orders after this will be set as free delivery.

Uk Mainland* deliveries containing either office furniture, chemicals, liquids, aerosols and items over 1m in size. Other products may be subject to additional carriage charges. (3-5 days - subject to £19.99 shipping charge)

We are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles,

Channel Islands or any UK PO Box or BFPO addresses.


We do not ship outside of the UK.


The Seller shall be entitled to charge the Buyer for delivery of Furniture Products in accordance with its currently published on and off line materials as at the date the Order is accepted.


Whilst the Seller shall use its reasonable endeavours to deliver the Furniture Products to the Buyer within the period specified in the Contract, this may be affected by circumstances beyond the Seller's control. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence.


Palletised deliveries may be made by an articulated vehicle. The Buyer must notify the Seller of any access issues at the time the Order is placed. Failure by the Buyer to do so may result in a failed delivery and additional charges being payable for redelivery.


If Furniture Products cannot be unloaded at the delivery address specified in the Order for any reason, a single attempt to redeliver the Furniture Products will be made. Should the redelivery attempt be unsuccessful, the Seller shall be entitled to charge the Buyer thirty-five pounds (£35) per pallet or fifteen pounds (£15) per parcel for returning the Furniture Products to the Seller or for each further redelivery attempt.


Unless agreed otherwise at the time the Order is accepted, delivery shall be to the ground floor only and palletised deliveries shall be made to the kerbside outside the delivery address.





Returns policy:


Please notify us of any item faulty or damaged within 3 days of receipt of your order and we will replace it for you free of charge.


Any item can be returned (excludes furniture, food or drink) as long as it is in the original unopened packaging, but, the buyer will be responsible for carriage postage costs back to our suppliers, unless the item is damaged or faulty.


Please note that all dated products (diaries, planners etc.) are non-returnable if you have ordered in the same year of use. A 10% handling charge will apply if you want to return dated products for the following year.
